Vice President, Climate Impact
Tim Judge is the Vice President of Climate Impact for Fannie Mae. In this role, he is responsible for Fannie Mae’s estimation, risk management and strategy development regarding climate change and severe weather.

Judge has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. His background includes work as a mutual fund analyst, developer, modeler and risk manager. Previous to his climate role, Judge led Fannie Mae’s Greenfield Initiative, a group challenged with reimagining current Fannie Mae products with new technology. Prior to the Greenfield role, Judge led Fannie Mae’s enterprise modeling team responsible for all of Fannie Mae’s core models.

Judge has a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with a minor degree in Public Administration from Providence College. He also earned a master’s in business administration from Bryant University. Judge holds the following certifications and designations; Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute); Financial Risk Manager (GARP); and Professional Risk Manager (PRMIA).
