Camilo is the Head of software engineering and DevOps at Bancolombia. He is an informatics engineer who has led the adoption of DevSecOps practices in large organizations such as Suramericana (leading insurance company in Colombia, with 10 million clients), TCC (logistics company), and currently in Bancolombia. During his experience, he has participated in different software development projects for large companies and startups. Camilo has led organizations to change their software development practices to generate more resilient, scalable, testable and secure applications.
