Over the last 7 years at DOES, Scott Prugh and Erica Morrison have walked us through their amazing transformation. This included a transformation in both people and processes that have returned amazing results. Scott also discussed the amazing work that CSG has done with technology and modernizing their 40-year heritage application stack. This year, Ken Kennedy, EVP and President, Technology and Product, will discuss the amazing transformation from his perspective. Ken will cover: 1) why DevOps is important, 2) the results that DevOps can bring, and 3) how to convince executives to get started.
